Can you maintain a website or app you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a review of the code, hosting and security, share what we find, and then take over day-to-day care.
How does maintenance work?
We agree a plan based on what your product needs, usually a monthly arrangement covering updates, monitoring and a set amount of development time for fixes and changes.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us when something breaks so we can investigate quickly. Response times are agreed as part of your maintenance plan.
Do you also handle hosting and domains?
Yes. We can manage hosting, domains, SSL certificates and business email, or work with your existing providers.
