Yes. We usually build one cross-platform codebase that runs on both, which keeps cost and maintenance down without compromising the experience.
Will you publish the app to the stores?
Yes. We prepare store listings, handle Play Store and App Store review requirements and manage releases. The app is published under your developer account so you own it.
Who owns the source code?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code and app store accounts belong to you.
Can you take over an app another team built?
